About me
Darren Gallop is an accomplished CEO, board director, and cybersecurity leader with over two decades of leadership experience in technical environments. As the founding CEO of Marcato, Darren led the development of integrated technology solutions for some of the world’s largest music festivals, including Coachella and Burning Man, achieving a successful exit. He went on to found Carbide, where he continues to lead the development of intelligent GRC software and advisory services.
Darren serves on the boards of ISC2 and Protocase and has held several executive and strategic advisory roles across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He holds CISSP, CIPT, and CIPM certifications and is currently a Master's candidate in the Lockheed Martin Engineering Management Program at the University of Colorado Boulder.
