About me
Julien has been battling cyber threats for over 20 years, currently serving as the VP of InfoSec at Lastwall. He works with a talented team to implement security measures that keep them ready for any challenge.With more certifications than a high-tech Swiss Army knife (OSCP, CISSP, CRISC, CRTP, and more), Julien has tackled everything from provincial governments to online casinos. He’s been a key player in building security teams from the ground up at three different companies.As a passionate security researcher, Julien is committed to responsible disclosure and the protection of good-faith security research. He has shared his insights at various infosec events, is the founder of the Atlantic Cybersecurity Collective, a local nonprofit, the organiser of the Policy Village as seen at BSides Ottawa '24, and sits on the advisory board of the Canadian Cybersecurity Network.
