Linda Mitton brings over 30 years of experience in the Information Security industry with over 20 years in Security Compliance and Governance.Linda worked at three KPMG offices (Toronto, Ottawa, and Bermuda) and acted as the privacy officer for the Bermuda office. While working with KPMG she developed the Security Governance Strategy for the Department of National Defence after 9/11. She worked with CIBC in Security, Internal Audit, and Systems Management for CIBC Mortgages which included managing the Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) program. She is currently the Governance Risk and Compliance Practice Lead for Parabellyx Cybersecurity and helps SMB get and maintain compliance for ISO27001, SOC2, and other requirements.
